This Agreement constitutes and expresses the entire agreement and understanding between MS Asian Film Academy and the students of MS Asian Film Academy in reference to all matters herein referred to, all previous discussions, promises, representations and understandings relative thereto, if any, had between the parties hereto, being herein merged.
1.Candidates must submit the application form with complete details along with one ID proof.
2.The application fee paid for any course, and is not refundable.
3.We can only refund the application fee when a course applied for has been cancelled by the Academy.
4. Any change in address, email id, phone number, mobile number or in any other details must be informed in advance.
5.MS Asian Film Academy reserves the right to alter fee, course structure, content, or any of the terms or conditions described in this site/brochure without notice at any time.
6.You can pay course fee and installments by all payment methods including Cheque, NEFT, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI etc.
7. Additional Taxes / fees / Too and Fro / Work / Service charges may apply.
8. On cancellations or withdrawals, no payments will be refunded.
9.Fee once paid is not refundable or adjustable under any circumstances in future.
10.We may change these Charges and Terms & Conditions at any time, without notice. 100% placement Assistance would be given only on the completion of 3 months or more of Acting Course.
11.All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Punjab, India only.
12.Acting Modeling & Film Making Courses are provided with personal batches also.
