
Terms & Conditions – MS Asian Film Academy
This Agreement represents the complete and binding understanding between MS Asian Film Academy (hereinafter referred to as “the Academy”) and the enrolled student (hereinafter referred to as “the Student”). It supersedes all prior discussions, communications, promises, representations, or agreements, whether written or verbal, relating to the subject matter herein. By enrolling in any course offered by the Academy, the Student acknowledges and agrees to comply fully with the following terms and conditions.
- Application and Admission Requirements
All applicants seeking admission to any course offered by the Academy must submit a duly completed application form. The form must include accurate and complete personal details along with at least one valid government-issued identity proof. The Academy reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the information provided and may reject or cancel admission if any discrepancy or false information is found at any stage.
Admission to courses is subject to availability of seats and fulfillment of eligibility criteria defined by the Academy. Submission of an application form does not guarantee admission unless confirmed by the Academy.
- Application Fee and Payment Policy
The application fee paid at the time of enrollment is strictly non-refundable under normal circumstances. This fee is charged for processing the application and securing a place in the selected course.
Refunds of the application fee shall only be considered if the Academy cancels the course for any reason. In such cases, the refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe as determined by the Academy.
Students are required to pay course fees as per the schedule communicated at the time of admission. The Academy accepts multiple payment methods, including but not limited to Cheque, NEFT, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, and UPI. All payments must be made in favor of the Academy through authorized channels only.
- Fee Structure and Charges
The Academy reserves the absolute right to modify or revise its fee structure at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will apply to new enrollments or as otherwise specified by the Academy.
Students must also note that additional charges may apply, including but not limited to taxes, service charges, administrative fees, travel expenses (to and fro), project-related costs, and other miscellaneous expenses. These charges are not necessarily included in the base course fee and must be borne by the student as applicable.
- Refund and Cancellation Policy
All payments made towards course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including but not limited to withdrawal, discontinuation, or absence from the course.
In the event of cancellation or withdrawal by the student after enrollment, no refund or adjustment of fees will be provided. Students are advised to carefully consider their decision before enrolling in any course.
- Student Information and Communication
It is the responsibility of the student to ensure that all personal details provided to the Academy are accurate and up to date. Any changes in address, email ID, phone number, or other relevant information must be communicated to the Academy in advance.
Failure to update such details may result in missed communications, for which the Academy shall not be held responsible. All official communications will be sent through the contact details provided by the student.
- Course Structure and Modifications
The Academy continuously strives to improve its courses and offerings. Therefore, it reserves the right to alter, modify, or update course structure, content, duration, schedules, faculty, or any related aspects at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
Such modifications are made to enhance the quality of education and industry relevance, and students agree to accept these changes as part of their enrollment.
- Placement Assistance
The Academy provides placement assistance to eligible students; however, this is subject to specific conditions. Students will be eligible for 100% placement assistance only after successfully completing a minimum of three (3) months or more of the Acting Course.
Placement assistance does not guarantee employment, auditions, or assignments. It is intended as support in guiding students toward opportunities in the industry.
- Personal Batches and Training
Courses related to Acting, Modeling, and Filmmaking may be conducted in personal or customized batches depending on student requirements and availability. The Academy reserves the right to structure such batches as deemed appropriate.
- Third-Party Auditions and Communications
The Academy may share audition updates, casting calls, or related information with students. However, such updates are often provided by third-party agencies or external sources.
The Academy shall not be held responsible for any communication, transaction, agreement, or dispute arising between the student and any third party. Students are advised to exercise caution and conduct due diligence before engaging in any such activities.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Academy reserves the right to revise, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Such changes shall become effective immediately upon publication or communication.
Continued enrollment or participation in any course after such changes shall be deemed as acceptance of the revised terms.
- Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Punjab, India.
By enrolling in the Academy, the student agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts and waives any objections regarding venue or jurisdiction.
- General Conditions
This Agreement forms a binding contract between the Academy and the student. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain in full force and effect.
The Academy operates as a unit of MS Groupe, and all services are provided under applicable terms and conditions. The use of Academy services implies acceptance of all policies stated herein.
